I'll never forget the day I broke down.
Three years into my "successful" in person practice. Over $100K in student loans. A doctorate degree. Advanced functional medicine certifications. Fully booked...
And I was sobbing because I couldn't face another day of it.
"I don't want to do this anymore," I told him - the first time I'd admitted it out loud. I'm sure you have had those moments too where you bottle things up until you POP!
The truth? I knew from day one of my in person practice that this wasn't it for me. But I'd invested so much in my education. Built this stunning clinic. How can you admit that the traditional practice model is slowly killing your soul?
My own 10-year health journey was the catalyst for everything. Autoimmune issues, mysterious symptoms dismissed by countless doctors, feeling broken in my own body - I'd been through it all. That journey led me to Chinese Medicine and functional medicine, which finally gave me my life back.
I knew I wanted to help women heal the way I had healed. But running an in-person practice left me depleted, uninspired, and unable to make the impact I envisioned.
You start to realize: How can you help women transform when you are barely surviving yourself?
In April 2024, I invested in a mentor to learn online business strategies. Within 9 months, I scaled to $30-60K months. By January 2025, I hit my first $65K month. Today, I consistently generate $75K-$100K+ months working from home and the best part? I LOVE MY BUSINESS. I am excited to wake up everyday knowing I get to help more women become the woman they want to be in life.
I designed systems that my education, experience, and healing journey allowed me to create so I could help other women heal their body. My comprehensive protocols and group programs allowed me to serve MORE women with BETTER results while working fewer hours.

I grew up in chaos - watching my brilliant but troubled mother lose everything to addiction and mental illness. I followed similar destructive patterns in my twenties. My health crashed. My relationships were toxic. I had no direction.
